This is my personal project as an amateur or dilettante of theoretical physics. From the study provoked by my scientific curiosity about the cosmos, the ideas embodied in my  Quantum-Gravitational Theory emerged, and which gave rise to my cosmological reflections. 
The Theory is divided into three sections or formulations:
• Quantum-Mechanical Formulation or isolated matter. 
•Quantum-Newtonian Formulation or the entangled matter.
• Quantum-Relativistic or matter as energy formulation. 
They can be analyzed separately, but it is essential to respect the order of exposition, because without the previous ones it would be difficult to understand the current one.
 The next step will be the next publication of the Naked Quark Hypothesis, currently in development, and which is the quantum basis that supports the entire Theory.
